Good Afternoon All, Please forgive the rather vague post but I am working with limited information myself, It has been a very long time since I have supported let alone used Version 4.. but I have a client who has two versions of a customer form, almost identical but one form has a few fields read only. CRM has allowed the same user to have access to both forms but "sporadically" switched between the two during the course of the day. 1. How do I determine how many times this has happened throughout the system. 2. What is the best way round it so it defaults to one but the user MAY switch to the other form if required Hope someone can help and apologies for the limited amount of information again Kind regards, Andrew
