OOB there is not way to connect OneDrive with Dynamics 2013. Right now you will have to write your own code to do this integration. I believe, Dynamics 365 is already out of primary support, hence it would be a good time to thing for an upgrade. D365 v9.0 is out for on Premise world. However if your customer permits, cloud is the future. You will get lots of options for integrations like MS Flow (with built in connectors for OneDrive etc) plus native integration with MS products like Teams and OneDrive. Even if you are on D365 onprem you will still use MS Flows via Data Gateways. Hope this helps.
