Forum Post: CRM Email Server side Synchronization issue

Dears, I have tried to configure the CRM with exchange online its show email configuration test is progress but taking very long time as of now there no result came. Which I have tested in our test network its working fine. I have restarted the asynchrous process also nothing changes still am facing the same issue. My version is CRM 365 8.2.7.13 Build Please advise me to sort out this issue.
