Hi Ann, I work with the Crowe Product Support team and happened upon your inquiry. This error is showing that the Organization's Unique Name (can be found by navigating to Settings > Customizations > Developer Resources) does not match the Unique Name listed in your license. This error can occur when applying a license to an organization that is not included in your purchased license, or if you have upgraded to Dynamics 365 online, which will cause the Unique Name to change.
