Hi, It is actually quite normal to have duplicate leads for the same contact i they are new opportunities or even the same opportunity but originating rom different lead sources. The standard way this would be addressed is to use the 'Existing contact?' and 'Existing Account?' fields on the business process flow so that when you qualify the lead, only an opportunity is created and linked to existing account/contact records. Of course, if it isn't actually a new opportunity then the lead can be disqualified. This is how Dynamics CRM is intended to work out of the box. Hope this helps, Scott
