Hi Debra, double checking your screenshots I was able to identify the custom activity you are using, it's this one: msdyncrmworkflowtools.codeplex.com the configuration for the step you are using is here: msdyncrmworkflowtools.codeplex.com/wikipage ;referringTitle=Documentation however it's designed to only have "string" as outputparameter, so you can't set the result to your lookup. The source code is available so eventually you can edit the code to adapt to your needs. hope it helps
