Hi Flávia, Apologies for the delay in reply... This works for us. we had several js functions using Xrm.Page.ui.getFormType(). I have modified the code to check Xrm.Page.ui null and error is not appearing now. however we are still doing some regression testing to make sure all form functions are working correctly. One more question for you guys... In this case it appeared that the Xrm.Page.ui is null on the ribbon when the form is opening from outlook. so is this is a know issue??? Thanks Indika
