Hi Donny, I have no idea in term of business process, of course this is no addition. But, again CRM design, not all things are open for customization. Example is not only contract line, like price list item view you event cant customize it. Some entities that not be able to customize I have suggested to MS, probably the same suggestion I can give to you to suggest MS also here, it is not the solution you looking for though :) http://connect.microsoft.com/ Thanks
