Hi, please try with Google Chrome or Firefox. There is a bug affecting CRM Online Update 1 (and also CRM 2016 in some condition) where it's not possible to drag the fields with Internet Explorer. The alternative with Internet Explorer is to double click the field in order to be added to the selected section and use arrow keys to move the field.
