We have been using CRM 2013 Online and we had set up our dynamics reporting excel sheets with office 2007 and now we have upgraded to CRM 2016 Dynamic reports wont refresh anymore. we then upgrade our office package to office 2010 and this still does not refresh from CRM. if we export dynamic reports from CRM 2016 and open them with office 2013 they do refresh fine. Has anyone experienced this issue with CRM 2013 to office 2007 dynamic lists after upgrading CRM to 2016 how is it best resolved
