Forum Post: create records by using the data from javascript.

I have a button "login" on homepage. On button I wrote a javascript webreource to get the current logged in username and current time. I want to create a record that contains username and time in an entity . Can any one tell me how to create the record by taking the username and currenttime from already written javasript. What is process I have to follow? Env: MS CRM 2016 online
