Forum Post: crm 4.0 some emails are not entering in the queue

Hi, I've a customer with crm 4.0 Rollup 21. We have multiple queues configured with email router for incoming/outcoming. Some emails are not entering in the CRM even if these emails are correctly received in the mailbox. To be more specific, if the email is sent for an address that is inserted as primary/secondary of one CRM user, the email is in the mailbox but not in CRM I've no errors/warnings on the server or in the logs. Any ideas?
