Forum Post: lookup field not showing new created case or opportunity

Hi all,

 

When we escalate an e-mail to a support employee, we do a "set regarding", and from the look-up windows, create a new one.
After filling all the required fields, hitting 'save' and closing the new made case, the look-up window is not populated with the new made case.

This is since the update to 2013 version.  In the 2011 version, after closing the new made case the look-up windows would show the new made case (or opport.).
Now we have to search in the list of cases for the new made case (or opport.).

 

Any ideas?
