That's exactly the same steps as Igor mentioned. In my case, it was with the "Case" form. It's an intermittent bug. Sometimes it works, sometimes not. And to display "Invalid Date" is certainly not a feature. As it is displayed at the bottom of a note, we don't have access to update anything so there is clearly a situation where the code behind is not working properly. Maybe it's related to language, but as it is intermittent, it's hard to reproduce exactly the problem every time and it's hard to find the source. If you look at the code behind the display of the date/time value, you will probably find a situation where "Invalid date" is displayed.
