Hi Kolyapnl, Open your Entity List > Navigate to Filter Condition and do below mentioned configuration to filter Cases based on Logged In Portal User. You can also filter Cases based on Logged In User's Account basis by selecting ' ' of Case in 'Account Attribute' field. Mark it verified, If it solves your problem. Cheers Arpit
