with "revert easily the changes" I meant that nothing stop you to edit a form or remove a field created inside an unmanaged solution. Of course there isn't an OOB way to revert the changes to the standard form, but you can always create a copy of the forms before edit them and export your unmanged solution. With the unmanaged solution you can always look inside the xml and check the structure (you can also create an unmanaged solution just to export the lead entity before you modify it).
