Hi, Its going to more interesting now .I think there is something wrong in MS Dynamics which is not identifying the duplicate rule . But it will be good if we can find the solution for this. Could you please do some different way . I just want to know does this happening for every entity? of every field ? or only for this particular rule you are facing the issue. If possible could you please check below step- - unpublish all rule and publish once again your rule only. - try to create another rule for another fied. - Add another condition in the existing rule. - Try to create another custom entity duplicate rule for some field.
