Hi GIlp, In order to send e-mails from your gmail account from CRM you would need to have following set-up in CRM: - the internal email address of your system user record needs to be set to the gmail email address - the email address needs to be approved - specify the credentials to connect to the Gmail Mailbox in the CRM Mailbox - you would need to configure Server Side Synchronization (SSS) or the Email Router for an SMTP email server. - if you are using SSS you need to test & enable the mailbox From what i am aware, i think you need to enable less secure app in GMail, however you can test & see if it works without.
