Looks like you have to ask users themselves to do it. That’s what documented. docs.microsoft.com/.../dynamics-365-app-outlook-user-s-guide May be some poweshell or sccm package can do it in bulk for you. You should not have pushed this to all users without testing thoroughly with pilot users. :) Did you try removing security role for that app, privileges to use the app. And the user mailbox settings to non-SSS, any option from eligible users list in CRM.
