What do you mean with "can't update any option in the plugin"? The option are disabled? If the oprions are disabled you might have to check if the add-in is enabled/loaded in Outlook options. Check in the security role these permissions: Core records tab: Saved View: user read User Entity UI Settings: user read Business manegement: Organization: Organization level Team: Business Unit level read User: Business Unit level read User Settings: User level read Under Miscellaneous Privileges: CRM Address Book: Organization The previous answer corrected the error?
