When I click "search another record" in look up field Display is weird in chrome / edge (when using chrome browser) - unnormal (when using firefox browser) - normal please let me know if there any way to solve it

Hi all, I have rollup field that is not refreshing automatically after 12 hours. It will only update when I click on the recalculate button. I've checked the system jobs there but no luck. Anyone have any ideas or had the same issue? Thanks, Marie

I'm having a similar issue to this, where the rollup field is not refreshing every 12 hours (only updates when hitting the recalculate button). Did you manage to find the root cause of the problem/solution for this?

After the creation of the column, it will take 12 hours to refresh but after 12 hours of the job run, the rollup column starts refreshing in 2 hours. so in your case, this is not happening? Am I right? Please share column details Last Run Job details And the transaction on which you expecting rollup refresh

HI, Sometimes there are some weird behaviors when you access the CRM by Chrome browser. Have you tried to clear the cache of browser?

Exactly. The field was created a while ago. 1: 2: This is what was reported: System Jobs: (Nothing in the details sections) Note: The below screenshot shows the correct value because it was manually recalculated for testing purposes: HOWEVER , the field shows last updated yesterday at 11:30am, almost 24 hours (which shouldn't be the case) 3: The rollup field is on the Opportunity entity.

Hello Techies, We are on CRM 2015 onpremises. We have implemented custom dashboards. Is it possible to have statistics based on the user accessing the dashboards. Is there any OOTB feature available for dashboard statistics? I am aware of the table systemform that allows to list the available dashboards select type,name,FormId,FormIdUnique from systemform where type = 0 And in the IIS log, I am able to identify the dashboards accessed using the log entry below 2021-08-09 09:27:56 10.236.76.162 GET /MYCRM/dashboards/dashboard.aspx dashboardId=%7bdf7aee59-3eb2-eb11-80f8-001dd8b831fe%7d&dashboardType=1030&pagemode=iframe+REQID:91c61d4e-dbca-4572-b3cb-58f3e7b1610f 443 MyDomain\MyUser10.118.116.76 Mozilla/5.0+(Windows+NT+10.0;+WOW64)+AppleWebKit/537.36+(KHTML,+like+Gecko)+Chrome/92.0.4515.107+Safari/537.36 myserver/.../home_dashboards.aspx 200 0 0 218 Using the technical ids of the dashboard from the DB and the IIS logs, I can pull out some statiitics and have data exported to Excel. But it needs custom development and it is not real-time data. I have to create a SSIS job at the end of the day to get the required data and export to an Excel. Awaiting your valuable inputs. Hi All, I am getting below script side issues when am opening crm case record uci url in IE browser but in chrome & edge browser its fine. ReferenceError: Web resource method does not exist: getRelatedCases Error Details: Event Name: onload Function Name: getRelatedCases Web Resource Name: mdc_scripts/form_case_CommonLibrary Solution Name: Active ReferenceError: Web resource method does not exist: showCaseTitle Error Details: Event Name: onload Function Name: showCaseTitle Web Resource Name: mdc_scripts/form_case_CommonLibrary Solution Name: Active The above 2 method specially calling from separate common library & onload its calling but in chrome & edge no script issues getting but in IE getting.what could be the issue ? Please look into: docs.microsoft.com/.../define-rollup-fields Modify rollup job recurrence As a system administrator, you can modify the rollup job recurrence pattern, postpone, pause, or resume the rollup job. However, you can’t cancel or delete a rollup job. To pause, postpone, resume, or modify the recurrence pattern, you must view the system jobs. More information View Rollup jobs On the navbar, choose Actions and select the action you want. For the Mass Calculate Rollup Field job, the available selections are: Resume, Postpone, and Pause. For the Calculate Rollup Field job, the available selections are: Modify Recurrence, Resume, Postpone, and Pause.

Hello, I've been working on a JavaScript webresource which shows/hides sections based on checkbox being checked/unchecked. The checkbox appears to be working fine on the first click, but afterwards, however, it just keeps returning "yes" alerts no matter if checked or unchecked. function onchange ( context ) { var formContext = context . getFormContext (); var value = formContext . getAttribute ( 'my_field' ). getValue (); var tabsect = formContext . ui . tabs . get ( "my_tab" ); if ( value = 1 ) { tabsect.sec tions . get ( 'tab_9_section_2' ). setVisible ( true ); alert ( "yes" ); } else { tabsect.sections.get ( 'tab_9_section_2' ). setVisible ( false ); alert ( "no" ); } formContext . data . refresh ( true ); } Above is a snippet of my code. Whatever I do with the code, it either returns an error or just keeps returning "yes" alerts as it is stuck. Any suggestions?

the error is probably this line if (value = 1) should be if (value == 1) equals in JavaScript needs to have 2 equals sign (==)
